Fennocasa launches vintage-style rain shower system with modern installation flexibility

Fennocasa has introduced the Polaris Vintage Rain Shower System, a shower setup that pairs classic-inspired styling with an 8-inch rain head, handheld shower and easy retrofit installation. The system is designed to work with existing shower outlets and standard single-function mixer valves without opening the wall.

Why it matters: - The Polaris Vintage Rain Shower System targets homeowners who want a vintage look without a full bathroom rebuild. - The system is designed to fit existing shower plumbing, which can reduce installation complexity and limit disruption. - Fennocasa is positioning the product around practical upgrades, not just appearance.

What happened: - Fennocasa introduced the Polaris Vintage Rain Shower System. - The system combines a classic-inspired design with rain and handheld shower functions. - The product uses an 8-inch stainless steel rain showerhead and a metal handheld shower. - The system connects to the existing shower outlet and works with an installed single-function mixer valve.

The details: - The rain showerhead includes silicone nozzles. - The system includes metal structural components such as the column, arm, diverter and fittings. - A height extension can raise the rain showerhead when the existing outlet sits too low and there is enough clearance. - The swivel shower arm adds positioning flexibility. - The handheld shower connects to a five-foot hose. - The handheld holder allows height adjustment. - The diverter sends water to either the rain showerhead or the handheld shower. - The two shower functions can run at the same time, with water flow split between them. - The system connects to NPT threads at the existing shower outlet. - The shower column, arm, diverter and fittings are brass. - The system includes a ceramic cartridge and a double-locked brass shower hose. - The lower wall mount can use a 3M adhesive strip when drilling is not preferred. - Screws and anchors are also available as a mounting option. - Fennocasa says additional extensions and custom parts can be discussed for non-standard configurations. - The spokesperson said the goal was to combine a classic-inspired appearance with the flexibility expected from a modern rain and handheld shower system.

Between the lines: - The product language suggests Fennocasa is trying to appeal to buyers who want an easier upgrade path than a full shower renovation. - The emphasis on existing plumbing compatibility points to a broader market for retrofit-friendly bathroom fixtures. - The mix of brass, stainless steel and adjustable components is aimed at balancing durability, aesthetics and installation range.

What's next: - Fennocasa is likely to market the Polaris Vintage as a retrofit option for homes with standard shower plumbing. - The company also indicates it may support non-standard installations through custom parts and additional extensions. - Fennocasa continues to build on shower products it first introduced in 2016.

The bottom line: - Polaris Vintage is a style-driven shower system built to add rain and handheld functionality without major plumbing changes.
