West Sussex Estate Agents, HomedIn, Launch A Monthly Charity Draw for Clients Who Review Their Services

HORSHAM, WEST SUSSEX, UNITED KINGDOM, August 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- HomedIn, an estate agency covering West Sussex and south Surrey from their Horsham and Southwater offices, has launched a monthly charity draw for customers who leave the company a review - with the agency aiming to encourage feedback and reward it accordingly.

Each month, one reviewer is picked at random from the 5 most recent Google Reviews and chooses a charity for HomedIn to support on their behalf. These names are drawn out from a hat, and the winner is asked to name a charity of their choice. HomedIn then donates to that charity on the winner’s behalf. To mark each donation, HomedIn presents an oversized lottery-style cheque, showcasing the winning charity and donation amount, which is then shared across HomedIn’s social media channels at the end of each month.

HomedIn’s first beneficiary of this charity draw was the Marie Curie Cancer Foundation, chosen by a homebuyer in Horsham, to whom the agents donated £73.67. The new draw is an extension of HomedIn’s Helping Hand pledge, which commits £75 from every completed property sale to a charity cause.

The positive response to this first charity draw has now encouraged the team to make it a monthly practice. James comments: “We’ve been involved with various community initiatives over the years, from sponsoring the Southwater Royals football team earlier this year to providing a new storage shed for a local school. The positive responses we get are always a huge encouragement. This motivates us to continue with our charity draw and keep making an impact.”
