Improved Retirement Estimate Request Form Now Available
ETF recently released the improved Retirement Estimate Request Form, which can now be accessed through the secure My Benefits portal.
This online form is easier to use, as it automatically adjusts data based on your specific responses and situation.
The improved design aims to eliminate common errors that could cause form rejections or processing delays.
If you are within 12 months before your minimum retirement age, take the first step in the application process and use this form to request an official retirement estimate.
This means you can submit your estimate request any time after you turn age 54 (or 49 if your position is classified as protective).
Accessing the Retirement Estimate Request Form
On ETF’s homepage, follow these three easy steps:
- Click the My Benefits button in the top right navigation.
- Review the information, then click the Go to My Benefits button and log in to the portal using your MyWisconsin ID.
- Go to the ETF Web Forms section, select Retirement > B151 Retirement Estimate Request, and click the Go to ETF Web Forms button to complete and submit your request.
It may take up to six weeks for your request to be processed. Once processed, ETF will send you an official Retirement Benefit Estimates and Application (ET-4301) form by mail.
First-time users of My Benefits will need to set up a MyWisconsin ID username and password.

Other Features of My Benefits
If you have ETF-administered insurance, you can now also use the My Benefits portal to enroll in, change, or review your insurance benefits.
